The evening will see real people share real stories crafted from their lived experiences. We believe transparency and authenticity around mental health helps reduce stigma and cultivate compassion.

Come along for a powerful evening during the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, to explore one of our most beautiful assets, our minds. #SMHAF19

Speakers will each share a 10 minute story before a facilitated breakout discussion between the audience. The night will culminate in an informal Q & A.

Please note that there will be a photographer at this event. If you do not wish to be in any photos, please let us know on the night of the event and we will put you in the appropriate seat.
